I will help keep the gym clean and organized, and neatly return all equipment to its designated area after use. I will notify gym staff immediately should I create a mess that needs to be addressed. *

I will WIPE EQUIPMENT down after each use with the designated cleaning products provided by the gym. I understand that this is for the betterment of the gym and other members. *

I will not slam weights or drop them. I will respect all equipment as if it were my own. I will notify gym staff immediately when a machine is broken or not working properly, and I will promptly cease to use machine. I understand that if I break a machine or damage the facility in any way due to my own negligence, I may be responsible for costs associated with fixing or replacing the machine or any part/structure of the facility. *

I will RESPECT all BODYZONE members and staff. I understand aggressive language and behavior will not be tolerated. If I have an issue or complaint regarding another member, I will notify gym staff immediately for resolution. *

I will always share equipment during my workout, even if I am between sets. I will take all phone calls outside and will refrain from using my phone/ texting during my workout. By doing so I understand that I may be holding up other member’s workouts. I will not play personal music on any speakerphone or external sound device. *

I understand that ALL CLOTHING and SHOES worn to the gym must be clean and gym appropriate in nature. Sandals, jeans, and clothing with large buttons ARE NOT allowed. *

I understand that my failure to follow these rules set above, or any rules posted by BODYZONE now or in the future, may result in termination of my membership with NO REFUND. *
